I have never ordered cannabis delivery before, how does the process work? "To add a new questOrdering cannabis delivery is as easy as ordering a pizza. To get started, you will need to create a customer account with a picture of a valid photo ID to verify your age as well as your delivery and contact information. From there, you simply select what you want from the menu, add desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Our team will verify your account information to comply with state and local regulations. You will receive a confirmation text message from our dispatch department notifying you of arrival time. While our team prepares and delivers your order, your job is to relax and make sure your favorite glass piece is ready to go, your lighter is in sight of vision, and you have plenty of munchie food. Our courier will contact you upon arrival. What do I need to register for delivery?To get started, we need a few things: a.) clear picture of your photo ID to verify your age; b.) picture of you holding your ID next to face to verify your identity; c.) your delivery address; d.) phone number for delivery contact. If you are a medical patient, you will need to send in a picture of physician's recommendation letter or MMIC card.

How long until I receive my order?Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation with ETA via text message. Our delivery times vary from 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Our dispatch team will update you of any delays or changes in ETA.

What hours do you deliver?We open for orders at 7am and send couriers out on first deliveries at 8:15am. We stop taking new orders at 9:00pm. We are open 7 days a week! Hours of operation may vary during holidays.

I will not be home during delivery, can you leave it at the door?"Unfortunately due to CA state law, all deliveries must be made in person, with ID verification on delivery and signed confirmation.

I will not be home during delivery, can my friend receive it for me? "CA state regulations require identity confirmation upon delivery. Unfortunately if your not the same person who placed the order, we will not be able to complete the delivery. If you find yourself in a similar situation, send your friend to registration page to create a new account and place the order.

Do you have delivery minimums?Minimum delivery order requirements vary from $45 - $50 in our Green and Blue delivery zones, and $75+ for all other zones. Our delivery zones and minimum order requirements are displayed on our interactive map.

I live outside of California, will you ship to me? "It is against the law to ship or transport cannabis in or out of the state of California. Luckily, these laws do not apply to hemp derived CBD product. You can shop our full line of CBD product, available for shipment immediately.

Will you deliver to public place?To comply with the state and local laws and to ensure the safety of our couriers, cannabis deliveries are limited to private residences and private properties only. It is against the law to deliver cannabis to public property, malls, parking lots, schools, parks, etc. For our out of town guests residing in the hotel for the duration of their visit to Sacramento, we are able to deliver to their place of residence aka hotel room within our established delivery zone.

Can I open and try the product?Unfortunately since the only person whom by law can open package is the customer, products can not be opened until the transaction is complete. California Green Cross ensures high quality photos of each product, detailed descriptions, potency and/or test results listed for each product to disclose all necessary product information.

How old do I have to be to order?Adult use customers must be at least 21 years of age with valid ID. Medical patients must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID and current physician's recommendation letter.

How often can I order?You can order cannabis as often as you need, just make sure no more than once per day, and don't exceed the daily limit!

What forms of payment do you accept?You can pay for your cannabis in person with cash. Our friendly couriers will carry up to $40 to provide change, shall you require it. You can also pay via CashApp with 3.5% processing fee.

Should I tip the driver?Tips are always welcome but not required. If you believe our courier did an outstanding job and deserves to be personally rewarded, you may tip them directly in person.

Do you collect taxes?Yes, we collect total of 8.5% sales tax on cannabis and non-cannabis products. Cannabis products subject to 15% excise tax and 4% Sacramento district tax. For your convenience, all taxes are included in the final price of all products listed on www.californiagreencross.org Please note, third party platforms such as Weedmaps, display price BEFORE tax sales and district tax. Exise taxes are included in listed price on Weedmaps. Tax will be calculated during the checkout process.

I have physician's recommendation letter, am I exempt from paying taxes? "Doctor's recommendation letter is different than state issued MMIC card. MMIC card is obtained through the State of California Department of Public Health, and grants medical patients exemption from 8.5% sales tax. MMIC cardholders still subject to 4% district tax and 15% exise tax. Doctor's recommendation letter is issued by a private physician, and allows medical patients to purchase and possess larger daily quantities for cannabis and cannabis infused products. Does California Green Cross have a referral program?We have a referral program rewarding both, you as existing customer, and a new member with $10 each, upon completion of first order. There is no limit to how many people you can refer, and how much money you can stack up in your referral rewards. *Orders must meet delivery minimum after credit has been applied.
