I have never ordered cannabis delivery before, how does the process work?
To add a new questOrdering cannabis delivery is as easy as ordering a pizza. To get started, you will need to create a customer account with a picture of a valid photo ID to verify your age as well as your delivery and contact information. From there, you simply select what you want from the menu, add desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Our team will verify your account information to comply with state and local regulations. You will receive a confirmation text message from our dispatch department notifying you of arrival time. While our team prepares and delivers your order, your job is to relax and make sure your favorite glass piece is ready to go, your lighter is in sight of vision, and you have plenty of munchie food. Our courier will contact you upon arrival. What do I need to register for delivery?

You can fill out a registration form on desktop, tablet, or mobile device or submit all required information directly to our team via text message to (916) 600-0211. While your account is verified on our end, feel free to start shopping.
How long until I receive my order?
Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation with ETA via text message. Our delivery times vary from 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Our dispatch team will update you of any delays or changes in ETA.
What hours do you deliver?
We open for orders at 7am and send couriers out on first deliveries at 8:15am. We stop taking new orders at 9:00pm. We are open 7 days a week! Hours of operation may vary during holidays.
I will not be home during delivery, can you leave it at the door?

CA state regulations require identity confirmation upon delivery. Unfortunately if your not the same person who placed the order, we will not be able to complete the delivery. If you find yourself in a similar situation, send your friend to registration page to create a new account and place the order.
Do you have delivery minimums?
Minimum delivery order requirements vary from $45 - $50 in our Green and Blue delivery zones, and $75+ for all other zones. Our delivery zones and minimum order requirements are displayed on our interactive map.
I live outside of California, will you ship to me?
It is against the law to ship or transport cannabis in or out of the state of California. Luckily, these laws do not apply to hemp derived CBD product. You can shop our full line of CBD product, available for shipment immediately.
Will you deliver to public place?
To comply with the state and local laws and to ensure the safety of our couriers, cannabis deliveries are limited to private residences and private properties only. It is against the law to deliver cannabis to public property, malls, parking lots, schools, parks, etc. For our out of town guests residing in the hotel for the duration of their visit to Sacramento, we are able to deliver to their place of residence aka hotel room within our established delivery zone.
