This Privacy Policy applies to your use of California Green Cross websites, mobile applications, services, programs, and other features owned and operated by California Green Cross (“CGC MD”, “CGC Mobile Dispensary”, “CGC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). California Green Cross values your privacy and is committed to safeguard and protect your private information at all times. Our goal is to help you understand what information we collect and inform how we use that information to provide all of our users with safe and secure access to legal cannabis, cannabis infused products, accessories, and other products.

Information You Provide To Us
Registration and Identity Verification
When you create a California Green Cross customer account, you give us your full name, e-mail address, phone number, residential delivery address, date of birth, and a copy of your government-issued photo ID (i.e. your driver’s license, state ID card, or passport). California Green Cross will never ask you to provide Social Security Number, bank account, or credit and debit card numbers via website or other forms of communication. Data collected that can be used to specifically identify you is called personally identifiable information (“PII”). Additional PII we collect may include, but is not limited to, a state-issued medical marijuana ID card or a physician’s recommendation letter that you provide us for medical cannabis delivery. Such information allows us to establish and maintain your customer account, verify your age and identity, comply with state and local laws for lawful cannabis deliveries.
Demographic Information
California Green Cross collects demographic information when you register, and throughout your use of our websites, platforms and services. Demographic information may include your age, gender, location, and acquisition source. This information cannot be used to specifically identify you, but it allows us to learn more about our users and their habits and preferences.
Communications
When you contact California Green Cross, we may collect information from you that helps us provide an outstanding experience and assist you with questions or concerns. For example, when you communicate with our customer service team, you may be asked for your name, email address, delivery address, or phone number in order to identify your account, confirm your identity, or assist you with your issue. If you contact us via email, contents and additional information provided will be collected. Live chat on www.californiagreencross.org correspondences will be archived. Information collected through social media communication will be associated with your user account. Customer service communication via phone or text message may be recorded for quality control purposes.
Information We Collect When You Use CGC
Location Information
California Green Cross collects your location information and uses geolocation-based services to verify your location. Location information allows us to complete cannabis delivery process, provide you with relevant information based on your location. Location data may also be collected as demographic information.
Usage Information
We track how our sites are used by registered users and anonymous visitors who interact with the site. This includes the content you view, products you access, your actions and details of any orders you place.
Technology Information
We collect information about the devices you use to access californiagreencross.org Our servers receive and store information about your IP address, web browser, mobile operating system, phone carrier and manufacturer, unique identifiers such as advertising ID, VIN, MAC address, and IDFA, and other related software or hardware information related to your devices.

You can also review and edit your account information at any time by logging into your account, or by requesting so via phone.
Deleting Your Account
Your private information will be stored as long as your customer account is open. If you wish to terminate or delete your account, please contact customer support. CA state law requires certain private information to be maintained for a set period of time. Upon your request of deletion, private information not required for such recordkeeping will be deleted from your account.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We do not knowingly collect private or other information from or about any individual who is under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21 and do not possess a valid MMIC or physicians recommendation letter, please do not attempt to access our services, or send any information to us.
Information Security
California Green Cross implements security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Although we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no security measures are 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the full safety of your information.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy id effective as of 08-27-19 and will remain in effect in except with respect to changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
California Green Cross reserves the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of services after we post any modifications to this Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
