Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the California Green Cross family. Our team is working very hard to ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly and as painless as possible.

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH THE CALIFORNIA GREEN CROSS DISPATCH LINE.

COURIERS DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE RETURNS.

Defective

  • Item must be returned within 3 days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange

  • Must have original packaging and product​

  • Refund or exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs​

  • All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.​

  • If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​

Unsatisfied

  • If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​

  • Item must be new and sealed.

  • Item must come with complete packaging.

  • We charge a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The $10 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.​

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.​
